I do love Scandi Noir. I started watching the various series on TV and have now started reading the Scandi books.
The distinctive cover of a Memory for Murder instantly attracted me with its stark colours and feel, instantly placing you in Scandinavia.
The opening chapters have me hooked. It must be devastating to think you are the target of the attack that killed your best friend, but then to find that the attack was aimed at your friend would be horrendous. It will be interesting to learn if Selma can keep her emotions from influencing her investigation of this clearly very personal case.
I very much enjoyed Modus on TV which was based on the books by Anne Holt, so I would be very interested to read this book, although with it being the third in the series, i may have some pre-reading to do first.
