I'm not hugely keen on the cover. The author's name dwarfs the title and the wintry cover image doesn't seem to reflect the title or the synopsis.

The extract got off to a promising start but sadly didn't hold my interest. I've read the first book in the Selma Falck series so I'm somewhat familiar with the main character. However, I somehow missed the second book and I can't say I'm overly enamoured with the first impression for the third.
