I found this to be a page turning thriller, which I struggled to put down.
As it was the third book in a series there were some references to previous events which, although didn’t detract from the story, did leave me feeling a little lost. Also, with the number of characters and the use of Norwegian names (totally understandable as the author is Norwegian!) I felt I sometimes needed to take notes to keep track of who was who, but that probably reflects more on me than the book.

Otherwise, the book was thoroughly enjoyable with a strong storyline, sub-plots and interesting twists. I particularly enjoyed the characters and thought the author created well rounded and interesting personalities which were left to naturally develop and grow as the story proceeded.
I won’t say any more about the actual storyline as I don’t wish to spoil anything for future readers.

I definitely recommend this book but if you the time and inclination it may be worth reading the two preceding books first.
