I am a true crime fanatic, devouring it in every way possible. As soon as I saw the premise of this book I knew I had to read it. I’ve not heard of Graham young before but I am intrigued to learn about his life. I love that the book starts with a background about poison to set the scene. I also really liked the quote before the start of the prologue. I’ve read a few books recently that have done this and really enjoyed it.
I’m not 100% sold on the cover, mainly because when I saw it I thought of an Agatha Christie type, cosy crime novel. I didn’t realise it was a true crime book until I read the premise.
