From the first few sentence I was immediately drawn to the introduction of the history behind poison. Normally I am quite apprehensive when it comes to long factual paragraphs, however, these led the reader into an imminent fascination with not only the history behind poison but the boy’s “passion” for it too.
I am already compelled to reading this story and look forward to read about not only the boy’s time in the mental institution but also his life afterwards, as he leaves at the age of 29.
