I am gripped just by the synopsis. The idea of a 13 boy committing such crimes can do nothing but shock and intrigue. The key question which needs answering is why? What happened in those 13 years which led this child to act in such a way. I imagine this book reads like a novel, with the reader every so often remembering that it is true.
