I haven’t read many true crime books but the ones I have read have been very enjoyable.
I had never heard of this case or any of the circumstances surrounding it so I had no preconceived notions or knowledge which possibly made this book all the more interesting and shocking.
It’s definitely one I’d recommend to fans of crime or true crime books, it’s well written, follows a very clear path and definitely has the wow factor. It genuinely had me gripped right from the very beginning and I read it pretty fast.
I think the fact that it’s a true story makes it more impactful than most of the books I regularly read. I’ve already recommended it to a few people at my book club.
