I’ve never heard of this story before and love learning about true stories and the fascinating lives and minds of murderers. What makes it even crazier is it’s a boy. It’s fascinating how someone’s upbringing can affect a person so much and this is a prime example. The story was incredible; I was fascinated and amazed and disgusted. It was good to learn about the story and nice that it was set in London, although slightly scary, as it meant it was recognisable. It made it seem more real and frightening. The parts of the trail were really enjoyable to me as I love the British crime system and how this differs in 1970. I will read more of the authors work if she writes more about true crime as it really is my favourite thing. The human mind is so fascinating and the author describes everything so well. I would recommend this to anyone who loves true crime.
