While I found the cover a little generic and derivative of a supermarket paperback read, I happily discovered inside was something that bats way above that first impression.
The chilling opening sets an atmosphere that hangs throughout the rest of the read and makes me want to read more. The first person narrative is only going to add to that chilling feel as the story progresses.
I can't wait to settle down and read this book.
