The cover is intriguing and made me want to know more about it. What was the relation of the cover to the story? Reading the description was what sold the story to me initially. I have not read a book that is set in this location before and judging from the cover I would assume there was a murder involved. However, the dementia element was very surprising and added a nice bit of extra context for one of the protagonists. Reading the extract was very enjoyable. I got pulled into the story quickly and related to the characters. This book is clearly not your average murder story. This is completely unique to anything else I’ve read and would be interested to read further.
