Whilst I'm not a huge fan of this sort of stuff, Mr Fabri has really hit the nail on the head here. Even though complex issues are tackled, the book is very readable and the politics and treachery make it into a real page turner. I also liked the different perspectives which were very clear and prevented any monotony from settling in. Violence is rife throughout so maybe not a first choice for the faint hearted or overly sensitive. If you like Game of Thrones you'll like this. For those who are not aware, this book is the start of a series - and what a great start it is. Mr Fabri has really done his homework, looking forward to the next one!
