I have to say i was not expecting such a great read. the style of writing had me gripped from the get go. The writing style of the descriptions was so vivid at times that you felt you were there on the pages with the characters.
I have to say there were some parts that i found difficult to read and would have a trigger warning for readers who are sensitve for certain things. The horrors the victims of rape went through i felt were a little too graffic.
My only real criticism is that there was so many names and characters i found i was lost at times and had to re-read sections so that i could accurately follow the correct plot line.
A good first read for me from this author, not sure if i would carry on with this series.
