Wow wow wow!! I absolutely love this book series! There is so many things that I adore - the characters, the plot... everything! The plot is fairly simple - it's like a dating competition with 6 boys and 6 girls, all searching for love... On Mars. These 12 contestants are pairing up, one date at a time, on a space ship (The Cupido) heading to populate Mars. I love the way that this book is so addictive! Once I read this one I immediately had to read the next two books in the series, that are equally as amazing! The characters are all from different countries and they all have their own reasons for going to Mars, some for love, some for hope, some for honour.
The only reason I give this book 4 stars is the fact that there is 2 parts of the book, one from the pov of the ship (from one of the contestants Léonor) and one from back on Earth, which alternate from chapter to chapter. I didn't get as involved with the on-earth part, and every time I reread the book, I skip it. It still makes sense without it, I just think it's better without.
But the book (and the entire series) is fantastic, and I would definitely recommend it!
