A young adult romantic science fiction novel based around a dating show in space???????????????????? Sign me up!!!!
I absolutely loved the idea of Ascension and dove straight in as soon as it arrived and I was hooked from page one.
It had everything I love in a book and more. Space, romance, reality TV and teenage angst.
It was well written and I had feelings about all the characters, there were some I loved and some I hated but none that I didn't care about which is so rare in a book for me.
I didn't find any of the romance forced or cringy which was a noce change of pace for me.
I am desperate to read the rest of the trilogy now and will be diving straight into them as soon as I can
