Not even sure where to start with this review. I fell in love with the book after the very first few pages. The way the scene is set, the characters, the emotion. The way it's written really makes you feel as if you're there living it with them. I grew incredibly fond of Scott, and loved the way the plot was based around what he wanted to leave his mum once he had gone. This whole book was just gorgeous! I laughed out loud, I sobbed to the point I had to re-read parts because I'd missed out information through teary eyes, which meant I cried again anyway!
The raw emotion and power of all the individual characters is overwhelmingly good. You get a real sense of standing in each characters shoes. And find yourself potentially feeling what they're feeling.

Excellent book that proves not all sad stories have a sad ending.
