This is ultimately a story of the power of love and hope. Scott is 19 and has a terminal heart condition. Josie is his mother.Scott knows his mother has given up a lot to look after him. He is determined to find her a partner to share her life after he dies. Scott posts a video on line and Josie goes on some unsuccessful dates. This part of the story is told with a great sense of humour which balances the strand that is full of the sadness of Scott's illness

I thoroughly enjoyed this book. The characters are likeable and the reader comes to care about them. Please don't be out off by the subject-you will laugh as well as cry.
