This book was a bit of an emotional rollercoaster to say the least! Even the blurb made me cry! A story of a young man trying to find a doppelganger match for his mum to love and care for, when he himself has only a few months left to live. This is due to the son Scott having an incurable heart condition that a heart transplant did not help. This was a sad and tender read, with hard subjects dealt with in a caring and touching manner.
Scott puts up a youtube video about his mum and what she is like, in order to attract dates for her. This is aiming to allow her to move on with someone else once he has gone.
The writing style is still sensitive, yet humourous at times. The story itself was touching, I was hooked to find out what happened to Scott in the end. A highly recommended read.
