So i was pleasantly surprised by the book. I've just started to read historical fiction so I was looking forward to reading it. The characters were fantastic and worked well together and i liked the brothers.
The plot was strong and interesting but I'll be honest I didn't really like the rape bit and the attempted rape story line. In my opinion they won't needed. The cover is what you think about out back Australia.
The book was a good length and i found it well researched, I did feel that i was there.
If I did have a grumble then it is the fact that the book had no chapters, I'm the sort of person that likes to read to the end of a chapter before i put the book down and I couldn't do this.
