This was a really great Western adventure.
When Paddy and Toby's parents are murdered by Bush rangers they lose everything, parents, their home and their business of the homestead they all ran.
When a conman steals their farm away from them through trickery they decide to have a go out on the gold fields trying to make a living prospecting but Toby burns with revenge against those who wronged them.
Don't usually read this kind of novel but I highly enjoyed it and even as a casual reader I thought it was good so for those who regularly enjoy a good western yarn it's definitely worth a read.
Great, believable characters and a really exciting story, what more can I say except to give it a go if you get the chance.
