This is a very good book although mostly predictable. It is clear that the authors intention was not to be subtle. It is quite a fun read once you get into it.
However the quality of writing was alright. It is crystal clear that not much thought went into the characters. The antagonists were evil and the protagonists were good. Simple as that.
