This book would not not really have been my chosen genre to read, and from the cover not something that I would be drawn enough to pick up. From the cover alone I was imagining the Wild West and not the Australian outback.
However, I was pleasantly surprised, and it was not at all how imagined the book might be.
I found the story to be both interesting and captivating and I quickly became engrossed. It was nicely paced and it held my interest, so that I was to know what happened to the characters and how the story panned out.
I would recommend this book to read, even if it's is not your usual go to genre.
