Nothing much here inspired confidence in the rest of the book, this seemed like the ultimate cliche mortuary assistant, goth with tattoos, no respect for superiors, talks to the bodies. Nothing new here, annoyed me even more when she basically walked out mid job to phone the family of the current body then just waltzed back in with the smug solution. I've taken quite a dislike to this character so have no desire to read any more.
