An amazing start to the story. Such excellent character building and laying the groundworks for the mysterious events to follow. I also like the premise that she can hear the dead. I would not have picked a story like this for myself and I know now that I would be missing out. I definitely want to know what happens next to Cassie. I like the book title and the book cover, it goes with the genre of the story and it's very eye catching.
