The book was extraordinary.
It was very interesting from the very beginning, getting me intrigued after the very first chapter.
The plot twists were nicely calculated, making them unpredictable. As a big thriller-fan, and someone that usually predicts the plot twists correctly, even I was pleasantly surprised by how unexpected some of the twists were.
The plot was fast paced, as a good thriller should have. The book had detailed descriptions of the characters, settings and story; however, it wasn't too detailed to make any of the scenes in the book boring.
As a medical student, and someone that is training to become a forensic pathologist, I was intrigued by the number of technical details the book offered. Also, due to the explanations offered along side those technical words, I'm quite convinced that a reader that has no medical-knowledge what so ever would still understand the story.
As a conclusion... I did like this book a lot and I would confidently say that it is one of the best thrillers I've read in a while. Definitely recommend reading it.
