I quite enjoyed Body Language but I didn't love it but I am finding it hard to put my finger on exactly what it was I didn't engage with as well. The story is decent enough, it is written in a fairly entertaining way and has a variety of interesting characters but I don't feel like it stood out tremendously over other books of a similar genre. I found the process a little predictable and was unsurprised by many of the aspects which I sense were supposed to be twists. There was one particular bit which grated on me as a medical professional (unable to into the specifics as it occurs fairly far through the book) and I couldn't quite get myself past this. I think that Body Language is a decent read for some escapism but I don't know that I would buy a copy as a gift. I would not be put off reading future books by this author as I may enjoy their next one a bit more.
