Disclaimer: I won a copy of this book on the Readers First web site. I never received the book from the publishers so I cannot give a full review. I really enjoyed the first look at this book. The opening chapters introduced to a complex character in Cassie. The book is set in a mortuary which is both unusual and interesting. I haven't come across many books with this setting for a story. This book appears to be a page turner. I am definitely interested in reading more. Cassie is an intriguing character who I think the reader can identify with . I was dissappointed that the first read ended where it did. I was so pleased to win a copy of this book. I think that the book cover is very nicely illustrated with bright colours and a suggestion of what the pages inside hold for the reader . I would definitely think about picking this book up in a local bookshop.
