Cassie Raven can talk to the dead, as a mortuary technician she is perfectly placed to gather glimpses and impressions into her "clients" last moments.

This was absolutely fantastic, the best thriller I have read in a while, I just couldn't keep up and guess where it was going to go next.
But unlike some thrillers that kind of peter out or lose their thread this was totally conceivable when you fit the pieces together.
One of the best of its genre I have read for a while, I just adored Cassie Raven, edgy, totally eccentric and one of a kind, pierced, tattooed but such an empathetic character with a heart of gold that touches the reader.
You can feel her kindness.
