This book was sadly not as good as I thought it would be.
It is an autobiography/ memoir of two women who are married to international drug dealers. Following marraige and children, the men have a major change of heart, and decide to give up their lives of crime and instead become informants for the US government, bringing down many of the leading US and Mexican drug cartels.
The book switches between being written from Olivia and Mia's viewpoint, and this at times is jarring. There also doesn't appear to be a big enough difference in the voice of the two women, and I found both a little bland and whiney. It also read at times like an appeal for sympathy and did not fully acknowledge the many lives their husbands will have ruined by importing and selling drugs.
It was interesting to a point...but I wanted something more. Maybe better writing would have helped it.
