This is a very endearing and interesting book packed full of first hand true accounts of stories about Christmas during the World Wars. I have always found this era of history super interesting and therefore I jumped at the opportunity to read and review this book.
I felt this book was written well with the information the author had. I greatly commend the author for the information they gathered from all these different sources. I also learned quite alot of historical facts and interesting information about Christmas during the war.
Many topics in this book were difficult to read but I feel this is important as people of today need to understand the hard times that those living through the war went through. I really enjoyed this book and hope the author will publish other historical non-fiction books for us all to read, learn from and enjoy!
