So this is set in a possible future where humans have ruined Earth so much that they've inhabited other planets, but humans are starting to ruin those too. One planet - Genesis - is trying to cut itself off from the rest of the others to preserve the green & lush ecosystem and prevent it's natural resources from being decimated.

Noemi and Abel are the characters you'll get to know on this ride. Both start out as mortal enemies, but have to work together whether they like it or not to survive.
It took a little bit of work at first to get into the book, but once you understood what was going on it was an easy read.
As the story develops I found myself anticipating where our characters choices would take them; being excited when I found I was right and even more so when I realised I was wrong...

It's worth mentioning that there is a lot of talk about religion here, but it shouldn't put anyone off reading this as it added immensely to the depth of the characters and storyline.

I had such high hopes for the end of this book. From what I'd learned of the characters and the worlds they lived in, in my head I'd got a scenario in mind... but because of this when I actually read the ending, for me was a bit anti-climactic. It's my own fault for jumping the gun instead of letting the story play out. Whoops! I also felt the final chapters were a bit rushed too, almost like there was only so many pages left to finish the book in.

This is totally my opinion though, so please don't let this stop you from reading it and see what you think yourself!
