Defy the Stars was a pretty good science fiction. I actually find it difficult to rate science fiction actually because I do not usually delve into that genre much.
The characters were lovable, though perhaps a bit forgetable.
The writing was great and the overall pace of the novel was brilliant.
I kinda wish some aspects were explored a little more, but I'm always wanting thorough world building so maybe that is just me :')
I definitely will read more from Claudia Grey - I might even read the sequel to this one!
All in all, I am not really there to judge science fiction because like I said, I don't read much of it. But I can say this book is definitely a lot of fun!! :D
