Noemi is a soldier and pilot. Her path crosses Abel's when she is forced to board his abandoned ship to try and save her sister. At first, of course, Noemi thinks Abel is just a machine filled with wires and Abel thinks of ways to find loopholes in his programming and thwart her plans to further Genesis's war with Earth.
But, as they journey together, things change... Abel is forced to help Noemi find the materials and parts she needs for a game-changing ploy to stop Earth's imminent invasion of Genesis.
Noemi was an amazing heroine. I loved her character. She was such a kick ass, self sacrificing person and I honestly enjoyed every second of her story. She's literally put the weight of the world on her shoulders and she's willing to sacrifice her own life for the safety and happiness of those she cares about - even sometimes random strangers. We need more women like her!
