I love the cover of this book. It tells a story before you even read the back of the book or get stuck into it's pages.
I get the impression this is historic fiction. A lot of research has probably gone into this book and I think the author wants the reader to have a full immersion into roman life at the time.
The cover also looks a bit menacing as if maybe killings take place.
The roman empire can lead the reader along a deep winding path of intrigue, and war...I can't wait to read this book
