I loved the blurb and cover and was delighted with the first chapter. It set the scene for a folklore book full of undiscovered secrets of an unfamiliar society. And then it went onto fishing. Very confusing, really unengaging and sadly boring. Such a shame it's not what I thought, as I've been looking forward to it for weeks.
