Just seeing the name, “Diana” on the book cover garnered my interest. Diana became an icon in fashion and as a mother. The cover picture shows Diana as pensive - wistful even and that is one of the images that springs into my mind when I think of her. Her “chin down, eyes up” pose plus her with her boys whizzing down the log flume at Thorpe Park are my favourites. To me, Diana was interesting and had a lot more about her than we know, so I would love to read this book by Ken Wharfe as he really knew Diana the indivudual.
