Although I loved the bright, vibrant cover of this book (which would definitely entice me to pick it up), I did not like the style of writing.
It sounds like a good plot to a storyline but unfortunately not the style of writing that would get me hooked and make me want to read it.
I'm sure others disagree and will love it.
