This had me absolutely hooked from the very start. Fast paced and with adventure and intrigue on every single page I just couldn't put it down. The story was one of the best I've read in a long time and by far the best WW2 based book I've ever read. I was on the edge of my seat wondering what would happen next and where the story would take me, magnificently is the only way I can describe this book.The research that had gone into this book could clearly be seen as the author brought to life characters based on those at the heart of the nazi regime as well as making you feel like you were walking in the shoes as those that had lived through the war. I hadn't heard of this author before but I'm so glad I have now, I can't wait to read the rest of his work.
