Tom Wilde is sent to Nazi germany from the UK to pick up a package. Little does he know however, that the package is actually a ten year old girl called Klara and the gestapo are very keen to eliminate her.
Through multiple points of view we are gripped in the thrill of a chase as Tom tries to get the girl safely out of the country with danger snapping at their heels every step of the way.
I thought this novel was brilliant. I feel like a lot of research must have gone in to the writing and it is the kind of thriller that just has you gripped from the very beginning. I especially loved the different points of view and seeing how close the race was. I will definitely be looking at Rory Clements other novels in the future.
