Hitlers Secret by Rory Clements
Wilde is tasked with a secret mission to retrieve a package from Germany in the height of the Second World War. This mission may prove pivotal to the outcome of the war and could bring down the Nazis.
This book was not for me. I found it predictable and had guessed the lines the story would follow from very early on. I struggled to read on. Although the writing style was good, sadly it just didn’t grab my attention. I felt it went on for too long and failed to hold my interest. I must be honest and confess I ended up skimming through the second half of the book.
Some may enjoy, particularly those with a special interest in war fiction, but not my cup of tea.
