This is a spy/thriller set in World War two. An easy read, it didn't matter that I hadn't read any of the previous titles, explanations and descriptions of the characters and previous story lines were given as the story progressed.
A good believable plot and characters, the story was easy to follow. I had to google some of the names and events to check whether they were fictional or not.
I am three quarters of the way through the book and, as yet, I'm unable to work the ending out, which is good for me, it means that I have to use my brain a little instead of the plot being obvious, which can take some of the enjoyment out of the reading.
Will now go back and read others by this author.
