I have to say, I thoroughly enjoyed this and could not put it down. I thought the style of writing was brilliant, and it kept you guessing who was behind the plan the whole way through.

Setting the scene, this book is based in the time of World War 2 and Nazi Germany, as the title suggests. The story starts with Martin Borrmann, who sets a task for a nasty man, Otto Kalt, to find and kill a 10 year old child. At the same time, a Cambridge professor, Mr Wilde, is being briefed by MI6 for his mission to collect a package.. he doesn't know what this package is, but agrees.

Mr Wilde takes on a new identity as American Thomas Esser, and then becomes Monsieur Sable under fake documentation. He manages to save the girl, Klara. But Kalt is hot on his tail, and almost catches them. Their adventures lead them to Goring's home, and then to Sweden, finally to Scotland and then back to Cambridge.

There are a lot of deaths, twists and turns. I'd definitely recommend this.
