I've not read a book by this author before, but definitely would do again.

Initially I found it a little slow, thought there would've been more chapters focused on the abductor/abductees point of view earlier in the book. Having said that, the more you read on, it definitely gets better, where you really want to keep reading as you want to find out what happens.

Jesse is a pediatrician who has to reluctantly, return to his past, to his old home to try and solve the abduction of his daughter, who murdered to his ex-wife.

It has chapters in the present from different characters views, will then go back to Jesse's child hood.

Well worth the read, will keep you on your toes to whom it may be.
