This book had me on the edge of my seat through most of the read; what a fantastic and gripping read.
The start of the story is incredibly vague, with Jesse our main character seemingly having a nightmare about his past. Throughout the story this unfolds and you learn about why he has these episodes. The small preview of this book gives a giant insight into our protagonist and his life.
The way the author has written this book is amazing; not only is it gripping and scary at times, but also a beautiful and poetic piece of literature. The way each character is a 'building block' for the story is truly amazing and I can't wait to get my hands on it to read more!
