I loved this novel and read it all in one sitting, I just could not put it down. I have never read anything by this author before but will certainly go and look for his other books.
Although I guessed the twist just before the end of the story, the suspense kept me racing through the pages. I enjoyed the main character Jesse and could really feel his frustration at not knowing anything about his past. While he is investigating and following clues he is constantly thwarted, very exciting. I also enjoyed the fact that there were actually two storylines and how neatly it all tied up at the end. The fact that part of the book is written in the present and some in the past made it more intriguing, as you slowly have the story revealed to you.
I would definitely recommend this to my fellow bibliophiles.
