I read The Shock that was published in 2017, where Laura Bjely goes missing during a storm. I seemed to have missed out reading Cut that was published in 2016, but I was thankful that a short extract was at the back of Home Sick. Now I'd like to read the full length novel Cut, that's about a young girl of eleven, Is a witness to a horrible crime. What I particularly like about Home Sick was the prologue that begins in September 1981, in a bad nightmare of drowning, unable to breathe because when he was a small child he fell into the ice at the edge of a lake. This part I related to as in real life when something happens to you, at a very young age, memories are stirred up through a nightmare that will occur. I can't say any more, about Home Sick, but what I will say is, so much more happened throughout this story.
