Endearing and Poignant, with a Splash of Humour!

Though it seems a little more aimed towards younger readers, the first few pages of How It All Blew Up certainly caught my attention. This appears to be one of those books that I think everyone will have to read, not only because it seems like a coming-of-age story, but because the subject matter is very bold, tackling issues on race, religion and sexuality for a male Muslim.

I feel like this is the sort of book that will not only get people talking, but one that will undoubtly help a large community.
