Ok so first things first: this book isn't going to be for me. I don't read contemporary fiction, and I don't read romance. They are just not genres for me... BUT I was still intrigued by this. The genre, the themes and the cover are all popular and 'current' right now and there is definitely a willing audience for this. I can see this one being hugely popular!
The sample does nothing to disprove either of these sentiments... It is well-written and has an easy flowing style. This will be one to watch, but it won't be one for me to pick up.
