I absolutely loved this book
I thought it was so lighthearted and such an easy read. I felt happy all the way through and really enjoyed my reading experience.
I welled up a few times and found this book so fun and moving.
It was a great balance between serious moments and fun.
I am not an own voices reviewer so I cannot speak to the representation of the Muslim religion as well as the representation of open relationships in this story.
But I did enjoy this story so much.
I thought all of the characters were excellent and I loved each of them. They perhaps weren't the most developed bunch of people.
I feel that amir was and Jahan but the rest were very two-dimensional. I didn't mind necessarily as I really enjoyed the story but I did on occasion forget who each of the characters were.
But overall I loved this story and I can definitely see myself rereading it in the future
