The front cover of this held no appeal for me however the blurb sounded interesting. It took a couple of pages for it to start making sense, the writing style not being one I’m used to, and the first impression gave some decent background into the story however I just couldn’t get a feel for the characters and therefore I just didn’t enjoy it
