Although it is well written, I couldn't get beyond my dislike for the main character enough to want to give this book a proper go. The aunt's story in Turkey seemed so much more interesting than the present day story being told, so it would be interesting to find out if the reader will get more of that as the book progresses. That being said, I'll probably give this one a miss.
